MyVocab helps you learn and retain foreign words. We collect minimal data and use it only to provide the service.

• Words, translations, notes, AI-generated examples, synonyms, and descriptions you add.
• Technical logs (device type, app version, timestamps) for reliability and security.

3. How We Use Data

• Store and sync your dictionaries across devices.
• Send spaced-repetition reminders and notifications.
• Generate AI examples, synonyms, and descriptions at your request.
• Improve stability, prevent abuse, and support users.

4. AI Features

When you request examples, synonyms, or descriptions, the text you provide is sent to AI providers solely to generate the response. We do not sell your data or use it to train internal models.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Words and translations are stored securely in the cloud.
• Access is protected by authentication; we apply standard encryption in transit and at rest where available.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited sharing occurs with service providers (e.g., hosting, AI APIs) strictly to deliver the app features under appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use only essential cookies or similar technologies required for authentication and app performance. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.

9. Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.

10. Children

MyVocab is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.
